Tract is comprised of 65% pine plantation with two age classes, 1999 Loblolly thinned one time with an understory release applied in 2018 and 2003 Loblolly ready for first thinning now. The remaining balance is a natural regeneration of mixed hardwood and pine, all of which marketable size and quality.
The topo has a gentle roll with upland pine plantations, giving way to natural hardwood ridges and bottoms. The hardwoods contain a mixed variety of oak species attracting deer and turkey, in addition there are several established wildlife openings.
