Ben Estroff

Born and raised in North Augusta, South Carolina, Ben grew up with a strong appreciation for the outdoors, especially hunting, which has played a defining role in shaping both his lifestyle and professional path.

Ben graduated from college with a degree in Real Estate and Finance, building a solid foundation in both the analytical and practical sides of the industry. Early in his career, he stepped into a marketing specialist role, where he has been responsible for creating and managing content across company listings, sold properties, land insights, and educational posts. This experience has given him a unique perspective on how to effectively position land and communicate its value to a wide audience.

Ben has recently obtained his real estate broker’s license and is excited to begin expanding his role on the agent side of the land industry. He takes a hands-on, detail-driven approach to marketing and positioning land, leveraging his experience in real estate marketing and content creation to effectively showcase properties and understand market demand. As he continues transitioning into this role, he is focused on building trust, maintaining transparency, and delivering long-term value in every interaction.

Outside of work, Ben enjoys maintaining an active and healthy lifestyle, spending time in the gym, golfing, playing pickleball, and being outdoors whenever possible.
