James Crosby

For James Crosby, land has never simply been real estate. It has always been a way of life. Raised in the South Carolina Lowcountry, he grew up hunting, fishing, farming, and working on family land, developing a deep appreciation for the stewardship, heritage, and opportunity that rural property represents. Those experiences instilled in him a respect for the people who own the land and a desire to help them preserve and invest in it for future generations.

As a member of the next generation of Crosby Land Company, James combines a lifelong passion for the outdoors with a commitment to serving clients through honesty, integrity, and hard work. He is currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration at The Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina, where leadership, discipline, and service have strengthened the values he brings to every client relationship.

James specializes in recreational, hunting, timber, agricultural, and investment properties across South Carolina. He understands that every property is unique and every client's goals are different. Whether helping someone purchase their first hunting tract, market a family farm, or invest in timberland, he is committed to providing knowledgeable guidance, clear communication, and exceptional service throughout every step of the process.

Outside of real estate, James enjoys spending time hunting, fishing, and working outdoors with family and friends. His Christian faith is the foundation of his life, and he enjoys serving in his local church by investing in the next generation through youth ministry and opportunities to teach and share God's Word. The values he strives to live by, including integrity, humility, and putting others first, are the same principles that guide the way he serves his clients.
