A seasoned outdoorsman, he eagerly anticipates turkey season each spring and enjoys the thrill of deer hunting each fall. With a background in crop insurance and farming, Rutledge brings a unique blend of industry expertise and hands-on land knowledge to his role as a land specialist with Crosby Land Company. In his current position, he thrives on connecting landowners with the right buyers, delivering premium results through strategic marketing and deep-rooted local insight. Whether it's premier hunting and recreational tracts, productive timberland, fertile agricultural land, or expansive homesteads, Rutledge is passionate about matching clients with their ideal property. Outside of work, Rutledge enjoys spending quality time with his wife, Ellison, and their Boykin Spaniel, Cricket.
