Infrastructure was rebuilt to match: new septic with dual drainage fields, water filtration with softener and UV purification, a 26 kW Generac whole-house generator, high-speed fiber to both house and shop, full camera and security system with automated gate access, upgraded power to the shop, an outdoor grill and kitchen with gas service, gas fireplaces with remote-operated logs, and new landscaping with horse rail fencing from the entrance to the residence.
