With a lifetime rooted in service, hard work, and community, Brian Anderson brings a well-rounded and practical perspective to land, timber, and real estate. A licensed Realtor in North Carolina since 2004, he has built a solid foundation in residential and investment real estate and now focuses on helping clients evaluate and navigate opportunities in rural land, development, and long-term property ownership.

Brian’s experience extends far beyond brokerage. With more than 20 years in the construction industry, he understands land from the ground up, literally. His background includes site development, building, government projects, and specialized accessibility modifications. As a licensed general contractor in both North Carolina and South Carolina, he continues to stay actively engaged in construction, giving him a distinct, hands-on perspective that benefits his clients when evaluating property potential.

Service has always been central to Brian’s life. He has served both in law enforcement and as a firefighter, roles that reflect his steady, dependable approach and commitment to others. An Eagle Scout, Brian remains actively involved in scouting, mentoring youth and guiding his two sons as they work toward achieving the rank of Eagle Scout.

Deeply connected to his community, Brian and his family are committed to giving back. They are actively involved in animal rescue efforts and hurricane relief initiatives, and they support organizations such as WINGS Ministry of Brunswick County, Inc. and the Special Olympics. Whether through organized efforts or stepping in during times of hardship, Brian is known for showing up when it matters most.

Outside of work, Brian enjoys spending time with his family and taking advantage of the outdoors, an appreciation that naturally aligns with his work in land and rural properties.
