Josh Crosby

Josh Crosby grew up in the Lowcountry of South Carolina, where he has grown a deep appreciation for land and rural life.  This long standing love of the outdoors drove Josh to spend his formative years developing his skills in wildlife and land management. Experiences, such as these, brought Josh back to the Lowcountry after college to pursue a career in rural property sales, conservation, and management.

A  graduate of The Tommy and Victoria Baker School of Business at The Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina, Josh fully understands the value of sacrifice and commitment, skills that he applies to all areas of his life. This structured environment further supported the growth and development of intellect, discipline, moral and ethical values. 

As a generational land specialist, Josh is driven to connect others to properties to maximize investment while preserving the elements of rural life which are so vital to future generations. 

Josh lives in Yemassee, South Carolina with his wife, Kerrison, and son, Blane.
