Scott Richardson
Scott is a 6th generational landowner from the Lowcountry of South Carolina. Having spent much of his youth on his grandfather's plantation in Pineland, SC, it was early in life when he developed a deep appreciation for land and the great outdoors.
After Scott's college days at the University of Mississippi, he made his way back to the Lowcountry of South Carolina and for the past 20 years, he has been directly involved in the day-to-day management of his family's holdings. It was during this time he honed his skills in wildlife management, forestry and the business affairs of running a working plantation, it was inevitable that his passion for land and the outdoors would eventually lead him to a full-time career in land brokerage.
