MEET OUR TEAM

Mr. Crosby was extremely professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. He was prompt in returning my Emails and answered the phone as soon as I called. I look forward to an ongoing working relationship with Mr. Crosby.

Alex Nixon is a lifelong friend who showed me land for over 15 years. When I first saw Briar Patch, I knew he had finally found our perfect property. The location is extremely convenient to my business and house, making it the ideal property. The beauty and diversity of the property Alex had listed are amazing. Crosby Land Company got us through a quick closing in a very professional manner. Alex helped negotiate the minor points that favored both parties. We look forward to working with Crosby Land Company on the management of the tract. Alex’s expertise is way beyond forestry as he understands and knows land.

Alex Nixon served as my listing broker for Bluff Plantation in Richmond County, to which we had a very successful closing. I chose to retain 1,000 acres, so the neighboring property owner was important to me. The task was difficult for Crosby Land Company because I had a fixed and firm price that I would agree to. Alex piloted the sale from start to finish and, through his vast array of contacts and Crosby Land Company's marketing efforts, was able to procure a buyer that I had never thought of, lifelong friends! Both Buyer and Seller were more than satisfied with the successful closing. Great job, Alex and Crosby Land Company!

A good friend highly recommended Crosby Land Company after partnering with them to purchase several tracts of land. I’m so grateful for the connection! Todd and his team helped me navigate the complicated purchase of a beautiful, historic property and delivered excellent results. His wealth of knowledge, references, and professionalism put me at ease and made for a successful journey. Todd truly cares for his clients, and I am happy to recommend him!

During the past several years, I have worked with Todd Crosby involving the sale of recreational tracts both in the low country and the Pee Dee area of South Carolina. I was impressed with his efforts in gathering information before putting a tract of land on the market. He did an outstanding job in marketing these properties to potential buyers

Todd Crosby represented me in the sale of a large tract of land. He developed the strategy for a marketing program and we executed it. Todd is a true real estate professional. Todd is very knowledgeable and organized, which sets him apart from many other realtors. He dedicates himself to his clients success. I would highly recommend him.

The first time you are introduced to Todd Crosby will be your introduction to a new “friend”! Todd takes the time to know you and is in contact with you throughout your selling or buying procedure. History of your property is important to Todd, as his interest in your property helps him to treat it with the respect it deserves. He treats each client as he, himself would want to be treated. You can trust Todd Crosby.

I have worked with Todd buying and selling property. I’ve found him to experienced and professional. He is knowledgeable about plantations and large properties and will get you the best price possible.

I’ve had the good fortune to work with Todd Crosby and his team at Crosby Land Company on multiple transactions: both buying and selling. I consider Crosby Land Company a trusted partner on these deals and would absolutely work with them again on buying or selling land.
